Birthday Cake Rice Crispy Treats

   This was a fun kid friendly no bake treat and of course deliciously sweet. 

I was watching unique sweets on the cooking channel and there is a little dessert shop in the Upper East side in   New York city, but of course mine don't taste or look like theirs. I was just inspired and recreated the rice treats and I added pink melted chocolate on one layer of the rice crispy
"cake" and whole marshmallows on top with rainbow sprinkles.
I just followed the recipe on the back of the marshmallow bag pretty easy. You can add more rice and marshmallows too and i made an extra batch of the melted marshmallows and added the food coloring and once it was mixed i added the melted marshmallows to the top of the layer and put in the fridge for 10 minutes for easy cutting.
