Free dresser before and after

It took me forever to get to this dresser but knowing me i like things inexpensive so I waited to get my free pint of paint from ace hardware a few weekends ago. This dresser was given to me for free and and it's in really good condition and sturdy too. I gave it a light sanding by hand. I gave it two coats primer + paint already mixed in the can, I spray painted the hardware glossy black and I used shelve liner for the inside of the drawers.

One of the things that I love about Ace hardware store is that occasionally they do a Saturday where they give out a quart of free paint per household,but they were kind enough to give us two. One frugal tip to know about hardware stores is that they sometimes have remnant paint at discounted prices anywhere from $1 and up,but no where near it's original price. I love remnants.
