Simple smoothie that i love to make. Just use which ever berry fruits you prefer or what you have on hand. I always try and work with what I have in stock but it's the plain yogurt that puts all the flavors together.
Ingredients :
1 cup low fat milk or soy milk
1 cup low fat plain yogurt
1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen or fresh mango
1 banana cut into pieces
If you want your smoothie to be sweeter you can add 1 tablespoon of your choice of sugar.
I love to use Zulka pure cane sugar. Enjoy

Fruit salad for Makenzie
My daughter loves fruit but black berries is one of those fruits that can be bitter at times and she won't eat them if they are so I add tiny tiny dollops of whip cream, but they are filled with lots of dietary fiber, antioxidants and a couple of other nutrients I had no clue they had. The tiny chewable seeds contain polyunsaturated fats which means low overall fat content and protein.
